
Problem statement
- Organizations with high headcount would require a dedicated HR team to record and manage ESS (Leave request, Loan, certificates, payslip & workflow approvals)
- Employees would need to send an email to submit a leave request or HR letters. It won’t be an easy task for HR to track emails
- HR would require to track each request separately and getting the required approvals before processing the request

Challenges
- High volume of ESS requests leads to backlog and delay in the process
- Limited license of ERP or legacy systems would be a challenge to get an access for all employees to submit their own requests
- Workflows approvals is being ing tracked outside the systems through emails
- Dedicated HR to manage high volume of ESS requests

Resolution
- Introducing iBOT to manage end to end process, starting with employee who can send any ESS request to iBOT through (Email, MS teams or whatsapp)
- iBOT will verify the ESS request then get the required approvals from line manager / HR
- One all the workflow approvals are in place, iBOT will submit the ESS request in ERP or any system and send the confirmation back to employee

Results
- iBot managed to complete 50+ ESS requests daily without human intervention
